Boiled Cassava

Cozinhe a mandioca e o frango em panelas separadas

Cook cassava and chicken in separate pans

Bata a mandioca com a água do cozimento no liquidificador e reserve.

Blend the cassava with the cooking water in a blender and set aside.

Refogue o alho e a cebola , acrescente o caldo de galinha , corante o frango desfiado

Sauté the garlic and onion, add the chicken stock, color the shredded chicken

Misture bem , despeje o caldo , mexa e acerta o sal

Mix well, pour the broth, stir and adjust the salt

Deixe ferver e acrescente o cheiro verde. Sirva ainda quente

Let it boil and add the green smell. serve while still hot
