  • Ginger1 tablespoon
  • Honey3 teaspoon
  • Cardamom1 tablespoon
  • Garlic1 to taste
  • Onion1 to taste
  • Salt, Black Pepper1 to taste
  • Vegetable broth2 unit(s)
  • Margarine2 teaspoon
  1. Cook the carrots with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a pan, sauté onions, garlic and margarine, add the vegetable broth and add the water that cooked the carrots, remove a little and blend together with the carrots in the blender.
  3. With the carrots already beaten in the blender, throw the cream in the pan with the sautéed mix well, add the cardamom and honey, stir well and serve.
