  • Pink Salt1 coffee spoon
  1. Chop the vegetables and sauté with the seasonings and sliced onion, when it starts to brown add 1 liter of water and put it under pressure for 10 min, I used 500 ml of broth that I had frozen here and completed the rest with water.
  2. Beat everything in the blender, return to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes on low heat and finish with parsley and chives.
