  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Hot water1 l
  1. Soak the canjiquinha, changing the water every 30 minutes to get the cone out! Then in a pan fry the bacon cut into pieces and then sauté the onion, garlic and pepper and seasonings. Then fry the pork ribs until golden brown. After that throw the hominy and pour 1 liter of hot water and cover the pan very carefully so as not to burn the bottom, leave it on low heat. Then open the lid and finish cooking with it open and adjust the salt.
