- Cut the meat into pieces. In a pressure cooker put a thread of oil, crushed garlic and onion.
- When the onion is sautéed, add the paprika, the meat in pieces, quinoa and salt to taste.
- Stir everything and add water to cook and cover the pan, when it gives pressure I marked 20 minutes.
- After the meat is done. Add the washed Canjiquinha, and take it to the fire again to cook the Canjiquinha without the pan lid. If necessary add more water.
