  • Beef | 500 g
  • Canjiquinha corn | 1 cup
  • Onion | 1 cup
  • Garlic | 1 dessert spoon
  • Quino | 1 unit(s)
  • Salt | 1 to taste
  • Colorau | 1 dessert spoon


  1. Cut the meat into pieces. In a pressure cooker put a thread of oil, crushed garlic and onion.
  2. When the onion is sautéed, add the paprika, the meat in pieces, quinoa and salt to taste.
  3. Stir everything and add water to cook and cover the pan, when it gives pressure I marked 20 minutes.
  4. After the meat is done. Add the washed Canjiquinha, and take it to the fire again to cook the Canjiquinha without the pan lid. If necessary add more water.
