Ferva a água e dissolva o Caldo Knorr 100% Natural Legumes.
Em uma panela, esquente o azeite e refogue a cebola. Quando a cebola estiver transparente, junte a mandioquinha e volte a refogar.

Boil the water and dissolve the 100% Natural Knorr Vegetable Broth.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion. When the onion is translucent, add the manioc and saute again.

Adicione o caldo e deixe a mandioquinha cozinhar até ficar bem macia.
Em uma panela a parte, ferva água e mergulhe as folhas de espinafre por alguns segundos. Retire as folhas e leve à água gelada para interromper o cozimento e deixá-los com um verde vivo e bonito.

Add the broth and let the manioc cook until soft.
In a separate pan, boil water and soak the spinach leaves for a few seconds. Remove the leaves and place in ice water to stop the cooking and leave them with a bright and beautiful green.

Leve o caldo com a mandioquinha e o espinafre branqueado para o liquidificador. Bata tudo até obter um creme homogêneo e volte para a panela. Adicione a pimenta do reino e sirva.

Take the broth with the manioc and the blanched spinach to the blender. Beat everything until you get a homogeneous cream and return to the pan. Add the black pepper and serve.
