  • Chayote1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped Parsley to taste
  • Tomato extract2 tablespoon
  • Paprika to taste
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Hot water2 l

  1. First cut the meat into very small cubes, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Reserve Cut the vegetables also into small cubes.

  3. The vegetables you can change according to what is available and pleases the palate. I like to put pumpkin, zucchini, cabbage, broccoli and even kale. After starting the boil, adjust the salt and pay attention to the cooking of the vegetables. Finally add the parsley and serve warm.
