  • oil1 tablespoon
  • cubed clean muscle500 g
  • chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • hot water2 l
  • beef broth2 unit(s)
  • chopped carrot1 cup
  • diced potato1 cup
  • cubed cassava1 cup
  • screw noodles1 cup
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • washed and drained spinach leaves to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the meat until golden. Add the onion and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add 1 liter of water and the stock cubes, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes after it starts to whistle.
  2. Open the pan, add the rest of the water, the carrot and the potato and cook for 5 minutes without pressure. Add the other ingredients, cover and cook for 3 minutes after getting pressure again. Serve as soon as you open the pan.
