- cubed clean muscle500 g
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- hot water2 l
- beef broth2 unit(s)
- chopped carrot1 cup
- diced potato1 cup
- cubed cassava1 cup
- screw noodles1 cup
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- washed and drained spinach leaves to taste
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and sauté the meat until golden. Add the onion and sauté for about 2 minutes. Add 1 liter of water and the stock cubes, cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes after it starts to whistle.
- Open the pan, add the rest of the water, the carrot and the potato and cook for 5 minutes without pressure. Add the other ingredients, cover and cook for 3 minutes after getting pressure again. Serve as soon as you open the pan.
