- Baked Beans300 g
- Peel the potato, carrot and cut into cubes and sauté in a pressure cooker with a drizzle of olive oil, together with the garlic, salt and onion. After braised, add water and cook for 7 minutes. Take it off the pressure and leave it on medium heat.
- Add the pasta (add more water if necessary) cook for 5 minutes and add the rest of the ingredients (beans, tomatoes, parsley, etc.) Taste for salt and season to taste. Lower the heat and let the broth thicken.
- Tip: I blended the beans in a blender with a little water before putting them in the pan, the broth is tastier...
