- Bacon150 g
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and a pinch of smoked paprika to taste
- Chives to taste
- Brown the bacon in its own fat and set aside.
- Beat the beans in the blender.
- In the same pan that fried the bacon, brown the onion and garlic. Add the bean broth, season with salt, black pepper and paprika.
- Cook until thickened and finish with the bacon.
