  • Cooked black beans300 g
  • Smoked sausage5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Chopped Garlic5 unit(s)
  • Chopped Chives to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Smoked paprika to taste
  • Saffron to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Leek to taste
  1. Cooking beans in the pressure cooker
  2. After cooking, wait for it to cool down and put the cooked beans, chopped onion, chopped garlic and chopped chives in the blender.
  3. Purée in a blender until it turns into a homogeneous cream.
  4. In a frying pan or in the air-fryer, place the smoked sausages cut into thin slices.
  5. In a pan put a thread of olive oil, garlic and add the bean broth.
  6. Add the smoked paprika, saffron, salt and sausages.
  7. Stir well over low heat, if it gets too thick add water little by little.
  8. Finish with the parsley and the leek cut into thin slices.
