- Cooked beans2 cup
- Chopped Bacon1 cup
- Minced garlic1 coffee spoon
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Chopped Parsley1 teaspoon
- Blend the cooked beans, water, onion and parsley in a blender until smooth. Reserve.
- In a pan, sauté the bacon and garlic, then pour in the bean mixture.
- Let it boil for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Season with pepper, salt and sprinkle with the chopped parsley.
