  • Fresh coriander1/3 cup
  • Boiled Cabbage1/2 cup
  • Capers1 tablespoon
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
  • Black and brown flaxseed1 dessert spoon
  • Chives to taste
  1. Pressure cook the beans. I made 500g and froze a little. Simple seasoning of salt, garlic, pepper and bay leaf. Set aside the portion for the broth.
  2. The cabbage I sautéed with white onion, salt, pepper and ginger powder. Separate the portion for the broth
  3. Add the capers and a little Tabasco (optional) and blend in a food processor or blender.
  4. Pour into a deep dish or cumbuca. Cover with oil, seeds and chives. If you need to heat it up... put the oil and chives on the serving plate.
