- Baked beans1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander1/3 cup
- Boiled Cabbage1/2 cup
- Capers1 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Black and brown flaxseed1 dessert spoon
- Chives to taste
- Pressure cook the beans. I made 500g and froze a little. Simple seasoning of salt, garlic, pepper and bay leaf. Set aside the portion for the broth.
- The cabbage I sautéed with white onion, salt, pepper and ginger powder. Separate the portion for the broth
- Add the capers and a little Tabasco (optional) and blend in a food processor or blender.
- Pour into a deep dish or cumbuca. Cover with oil, seeds and chives. If you need to heat it up... put the oil and chives on the serving plate.
