- chopped leek1/2 cup
- Start by sautéing the leek with olive oil and when it is very soft, add the cubed potatoes.
- When they start to turn yellow, add the broth or water.
- Let it cook until the potatoes are almost falling apart, remove from the heat, process until it forms a smooth cream, return to the heat, add the cabbage, salt and pepper and let the cabbage get very soft.
