  • chopped cabbage2 cup
  • Baroa potato in pieces400 g
  • vegetable broth or water3 cup
  • olive oil2 tablespoon
  • chopped leek1/2 cup
  1. Start by sautéing the leek with olive oil and when it is very soft, add the cubed potatoes.
  2. When they start to turn yellow, add the broth or water.
  3. Let it cook until the potatoes are almost falling apart, remove from the heat, process until it forms a smooth cream, return to the heat, add the cabbage, salt and pepper and let the cabbage get very soft.
