- Homemade beef broth1 l
- Hondashi10 g
- Dashi no moto1 tablespoon
- soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 teaspoon
- Shitake mushrooms (optional) to taste
- Wakame (optional) to taste
- Wait with the mochi: Put the water in the water until it boils. Drain the water and make a cut on the side. Cut the mochi into two parts, place it inside the water and close it with a toothpick, as shown in photo 2.
- Broth: Combine the water, homemade beef stock, soy sauce, sugar, hondashi and dashi no moto in a deep pot and bring to a boil. Add shitake and wakame. Option: if you don't have beef broth ready, use 1 liter of water with 2 beef tablets to make the broth
- With the broth ready, place the agueis in the pan and let it boil for 10 min.
- Place in a bowl and garnish with chives.
