1) In a pan, sauté the onion and chayote, cover with the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Then put it on medium heat and let it reduce.
2) when it is almost dry, add the fresh cream, the green smell and hit the blender until it turns into a broth.
3) Adjust salt and pepper.
4) In a frying pan, grill the bacon and pepperoni, gather when serving.
5) The cabbage is served separately, sliced and raw.
