Zucchini savory cake

Grate the zucchini and squeeze it well with a dish towel to drain the excess water.
Add the lightly beaten eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oil and wheat flour. Mix well and add the baking powder.
Place in a bread pan or in cupcake or pie molds and bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes.
Tip: serve with a slice of white cheese!
