- Grate the zucchini and add a pinch of salt and let it drain in a colander because it releases a lot of water
- Beat 3 eggs and set aside
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and pepper.
- Then add the shredded chicken and season to taste, set aside.
- I used cheese bread molds to make the baskets, take a handful of the zucchini and make the baskets with your hands and brush beaten egg on them
- Add the shredded chicken, brush more beaten egg and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in a medium oven for 30 minutes or until you see that it is already baked.
