  • Whey protein30 g
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Baking Powder1 tablespoon
  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC and, in a bowl, mix the eggs, whey protein and butter well.
  2. Add the coconut and yeast and stir gently.
  3. Transfer the dough for this flourless cake to individual molds or to a medium cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Wait to cool down, draw and serve next. If you prefer, you can keep this cake with whey protein in the freezer for up to 3 months.
