  • Wheat flour200 g
  • Coconut Flour03 tablespoon
  • Sugar150 g
  • Natural Yogurt200 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Coconut oil1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Beat the whites in the mixer until they are in the shape of snow, then add the yolks, and beat some more. Add the coconut oil and natural yoghurt and beat a little more, gradually adding the sugar, then the flours as well. Let it beat for 7 minutes. Soon after add the baking powder. Mix well! Put it in the mold and put it to bake.
  2. With the oven preheated for 15 min. Grease the mold with mold release or butter.
  3. For coverage you will need: 01 can of condensed milk 01 cx of sour cream Zest of 02 lemons put the cream in a pan and add the condensed milk and mix well. Bring to a boil for about 8 min. Until you get a homogeneous cream. Turn on the fire. Put the frosting on the cake and finish with the lemon zest. It looks wonderful! Sensational flavor! If you do, let me know what you think ;)
