- yam400 g
- chopped onion1 tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- turmeric1 coffee spoon
- Peel the yams, cut and cook in salted water. Once cooked, mash with a fork or pass through a potato masher.
- In a pan put butter and onion, sauté and add the mashed yam and turmeric, mix for a minute and it's ready.
