Ingredients

sour starch1/2 cup
Yam or tuber (cooked)100 g
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Salt1 coffee spoon
Baking powder1 dessert spoon

Mix all the ingredients putting the sprinkle last.
The dough is ready when it is smooth.
Wrap it however you like.
Bake over low heat.
Place in the oven and leave for 25 minutes on low heat at 180 degrees.
