  • Iced orange juice250 ml
  • Butter150 g
  • Whole wheat flour500 g
  • Brown sugar150 g
  • Salt10 g
  • Organic Dry Yeast35 g
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Orange zest to taste
  1. Start by mixing the flour with the yeast and the chilled orange juice, mix well and make a dough.
  2. Let it rest for 30 minutes and then put the eggs, salt, sugar and butter in the dough, beat the dough well. The dough needs to be smooth and homogeneous, if necessary, add more wheat flour and finally add the orange zest.
  3. Place in loaf pans and let rise for about 90 minutes.
  4. For the bread to be golden, brush with a mixture of egg yolk and orange juice.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
