  • Multigrain wholemeal flour3 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Biological Yeast1.1/2 teaspoon
  1. Mix the flour with the yeast, make a hole in the center and add the salt and olive oil;
  2. Gradually mix and add the water, and knead until it comes off the hands;
  3. Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, cover with a cloth and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes;
  4. Squeeze the dough to remove the air and put the dough in a shape;
  5. Let rise for another 2 minutes or until doubled in size.
  6. Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
  7. Obs.: After the dough had risen, I brushed olive oil on top and sprinkled some dehydrated seasonings.
