- Multigrain wholemeal flour3 cup
- Water1 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Biological Yeast1.1/2 teaspoon
- Mix the flour with the yeast, make a hole in the center and add the salt and olive oil;
- Gradually mix and add the water, and knead until it comes off the hands;
- Knead the dough for approximately 10 minutes, cover with a cloth and let it rest for approximately 10 minutes;
- Squeeze the dough to remove the air and put the dough in a shape;
- Let rise for another 2 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- Obs.: After the dough had risen, I brushed olive oil on top and sprinkled some dehydrated seasonings.
