Ingredients

  • eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • sugar | 2 cup
  • oil | 1 cup
  • milk | 1.1/2 cup
  • wheat flour | 2 cup
  • cake yeast. | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

  1. Start by adding the eggs and sugar, beat well until it becomes a whitish mass, then add the other ingredients and beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
  2. Finally the yeast and beat on minimum speed for 10 seconds.
  3. Transfer everything to a greased and floured pan, take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Note: the time will depend on your oven. Do the toothpick test, last to see if it comes out clean, if so, it's about to turn off the oven.
