- eggs | 3 unit(s)
- sugar | 2 cup
- oil | 1 cup
- milk | 1.1/2 cup
- wheat flour | 2 cup
- cake yeast. | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
- Start by adding the eggs and sugar, beat well until it becomes a whitish mass, then add the other ingredients and beat on medium speed for about 5 minutes.
- Finally the yeast and beat on minimum speed for 10 seconds.
- Transfer everything to a greased and floured pan, take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Note: the time will depend on your oven. Do the toothpick test, last to see if it comes out clean, if so, it's about to turn off the oven.
