- Mix flour, yeast, sugar and oil and gradually add the water and gradually knead the dough (do not add the salt) Be careful not to add too much water and the dough will become soft. Knead the dough well until it is smooth
- After kneading, place the dough in a refractory and cover with plastic films let it rest for 20 minutes.
- After the first rest, add the salt and mix well, shape the breads to your liking and Brush the bread with water and let it rest for another 20 minutes. Then just put it in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 25 minutes. Bake the bread at the lowest temperature and then increase the oven temperature so that it bakes completely inside and out.
- If you wish, put a little flour or sesame on top of the bread.
