Primeiro coloca em uma tijela o flocão e o leite e deixe hidratar o flocão por uns 20 minutinhos 

Depois coloque no liquidificador os ovos, a mistura do flocão, açúcar e o óleo e bata até ficar homogêneo 

Depois coloque o queijo e de leves pulsadas, por fim o fermento e mexa com a colher 

Coloque em uma forma untada  apenas com manteiga e leve pra assar no forno pré aquecido a 240° durante 45 minutos

Quem preferir pode substituir o açúcar pelo xilitol e o óleo pelo óleo de coco
