- Recipe
- Tapioca (cassava gum)6 cup
- Salt to taste
- Water to taste
- Coconut3 cup
- Tapioca (cassava gum) needs to be soaked little by little until it becomes damp (already add the salt), avoid getting too wet as you could lose the Tapioca.
- Stir until you get a wet spot (it gets a half-to-half wet and dry texture), to make the tapioca very thin, I sift it (feel free if you want to leave it without sieving).
- After finishing the second step, heat the skillet over low heat, add the Tapioca little by little to get a rounded shape.
- The coconut needs to be grated in the blender to be well crushed (avoid leaving the coconut with too much water in the blender)
- With the beiju already ready, and in a container, wet it little by little with grated coconut milk and bagasse. Ready a great snack or a wonderful breakfast. Tips: You can replace the grated coconut with banana, or fried egg, or jerky with cream! Finally, you can use your creativity with tapioca!
