  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Red pepper1 unit(s)
  • Zucchini2 unit(s)
  • Carrot1 unit(s)
  • Red onion1 unit(s)
  • Leek1 unit(s)
  • White raisins200 g
  • Olive oil200 ml
  • Parsley100 g
  • Cumin1 to taste
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Thyme1 unit(s)
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°
  2. Clean and cut all vegetables into cubes of equal size in brunoise
  3. Chop the onion and leek into smaller sizes
  4. Put all the ingredients in a baking dish
  5. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper, cumin, sprigs of thyme and the raisins
  6. Mix well so that all the vegetables are smeared.
  7. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes, during which time open to stir.
  8. Remove from the oven, chop the parsley to finish
  9. Taste the flavors and, if necessary, adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
  10. Serve as an aperitif, canapé, side dish. As you wish! :)
