  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and salt and mix well.
  2. Mix the yeast with the wheat flour.
  3. Gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture, mix everything until it doesn't stick to your hands.
  4. Open the dough with a rolling pin or a bottle, cut strips, pass a cut in the middle of the strips and pass one end through this cut.
  5. Fry in warm oil, do not make the oil too hot, as you will only fry the outside of the cavaquinho.
  6. When frying, place in a bowl lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
  7. Put half a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon, mix and pass the cavaquinhos in this mixture.
  8. Here I left this mixture of sugar and cinnamon available for anyone who wanted to use it when eating.
