- In a bowl, place the eggs, milk, oil, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Mix the yeast with the wheat flour.
- Gradually add the flour to the liquid mixture, mix everything until it doesn't stick to your hands.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin or a bottle, cut strips, pass a cut in the middle of the strips and pass one end through this cut.
- Fry in warm oil, do not make the oil too hot, as you will only fry the outside of the cavaquinho.
- When frying, place in a bowl lined with paper towels to drain the oil.
- Put half a cup of sugar and a teaspoon of cinnamon, mix and pass the cavaquinhos in this mixture.
