- 1 1/2 cup sugar11/2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder or Nescau2 tablespoon
- Place the sifted flour in a bowl and set aside.
- In the blender place the eggs, sugar, oil and milk.
- Beat for 4 minutes.
- Then pour over the reserved flour and beat well (with fouet)
- Gently mix the yeast into the dough.
- Separate half of the dough and mix with the chocolate until smooth.
- Place the dough in the greased and floured form. ( like in the picture)
- Preheated oven 180° for 35 minutes or until baked.
