Tuscan sausage baked with potatoes

  • Sausage1 kg
  • Medium Potatoes3 unit(s)
  • Paprika1 dessert spoon
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Aromatic Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  1. Wash the potatoes well and cut each one into 8 pieces. * No need to peel. Season the potatoes with the paprika, salt, pepper mix and olive oil.
  2. On a platter, place the Tuscan sausage sections and between them place the potatoes. Scatter sprigs of aromatic herbs on top;
  3. Take to preheated oven, at high temperature, for about 50 minutes, or until golden.
  4. When you take it out of the oven, discard the aromatic herbs, brush with olive oil
