- Turkey breast200 g
- Corn1 tablespoon
- Onion1 tablespoon
- Carrot1 tablespoon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cream cheese200 g
- Flour 1 and a half cup1/1/2 cup
- Milk3/4 cup
- Oil1/3 cup
- Sour cream1/2 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grated cheese100 g
- Cut the turkey breast into cubes and add the corn, carrots, onions and cream cheese to it, mix everything cold, no need to heat it, season with salt
- Beat the egg, milk, oil, cream and flour in a blender.
- Turn off the blender and add the yeast and salt
- In a greased form intersperse dough and stuffing until the dough runs out.
- Finish with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180g for 30 min or until golden.
