- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a bowl, potato the eggs Remove the fat from the tuna and set aside
- Chop the onion and cut the tomatoes
- Add the drained tuna, chives and seasonings to the eggs, mixing well.
- In a frying pan put the margarine and when very hot add the tomato and let it fry lightly. Add the egg mixture and smother until it reaches the right point.
