Tuna and cheese dumpling with rice dough.

  • Recipe
  • 4 cups of boiled rice with salt4 cup
  • 1 can of tuna1 can(s)
  • 2 egg2 unit(s)
  • grated mozzarella cheese300 g
  • Seasonings to taste10 g
  • Breadcrumbs400 g
  1. Beat the eggs with a fork. Mix rice, grated mozzarella, eggs and tuna.
  2. Add seasonings to taste. I used salt, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, coriander, some powder and oregano.
  3. Mix everything again until it becomes a dough that can be molded.
  4. Make balls or the shape you prefer. You can put it in silicone molds if you prefer.
  5. Roll in breadcrumbs and place to fry in hot oil or bake. (I like to use the electric fryer, to be healthier.
  6. Serve with some sauce or pate.
