- 4 cups of boiled rice with salt4 cup
- 1 can of tuna1 can(s)
- 2 egg2 unit(s)
- grated mozzarella cheese300 g
- Seasonings to taste10 g
- Breadcrumbs400 g
- Beat the eggs with a fork. Mix rice, grated mozzarella, eggs and tuna.
- Add seasonings to taste. I used salt, smoked paprika, cumin, turmeric, coriander, some powder and oregano.
- Mix everything again until it becomes a dough that can be molded.
- Make balls or the shape you prefer. You can put it in silicone molds if you prefer.
- Roll in breadcrumbs and place to fry in hot oil or bake. (I like to use the electric fryer, to be healthier.
- Serve with some sauce or pate.
