- Dulce de leche | 200 g
- Sugar | 50 g
- Cinnamon | 0 to taste
- Powdered milk | 50 g
- Oil for frying | 500 ml
- In a pan, heat the oil, and fry the tubes one by one over low heat and set aside.
- Then wrap the tubes in cinnamon sugar and, if you prefer, in powdered milk.
- Open them in the middle gently and put the dulce de leche.
