  • Salt1 teaspoon

  • Coarsely grated semi-cured or cured cheese250 g
  1. In a pan, mix the water, milk, oil, salt and boil.
  2. In a bowl, add the flour and the mixture that was previously boiled, mix with a spoon until it lowers the temperature, so that you can knead it with your hands.
  3. Add the eggs and knead the dough well.
  4. If it's too hard, add lukewarm water until you get the perfect consistency.
  5. When the dough is at the ideal point, add the grated cheese and mix, do not knead more. If the dough becomes dry again, add a little more lukewarm water and knead until it comes together again.
  6. Shape the balls into the desired size.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes. or until golden.
