Ingredients

• cherry tomato | 1 kg
• Garlic (clove) | 8 unit(s)
• Olive oil | 1 cup
• Rosemary |  to taste
• Balsamic Acetate | 1/4 cup
• Salt |  to taste
• Black pepper |  to taste

Recipe

1. In a refractory place the sanitized tomatoes, the coarsely chopped garlic cloves and the rosemary sprigs.
2. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar.
3. Bake over low heat (180°C) for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
