- Olive oil | to taste
- Dried herbs | to taste
- Eggs | 2 unit(s)
- Toast the buns in the toaster (or toast in the skillet), set aside.
- Mash the avocado and spread it on the slice of bread.
- In the mixer or processor, beat the tomatoes with olive oil and seasonings. Place over the avocado on the toast.
- In a skillet, make the scrambled eggs seasoned to taste.
