Tiramisu Style Chia Pudding

  • Chia8 tablespoon
  • Coconut Milk350 ml
  • Coconut Flavor Greek Yogurt130 g
  • Honey3 tablespoon
  • Cocoa Powder2 teaspoon
  • Instant Coffee1 teaspoon
  1. Mix chia, coconut milk and honey. Divide this mixture into two separate containers, half and half. In one of them, add cocoa and soluble coffee. Let the mixtures rest in the fridge for at least 8 hours (overnight).
  2. After the time, assemble your pudding in layers, directly in the container you will serve. Start with the layer with the coffee and cocoa mixture. Then another layer of chia pudding. For the third layer, I used Greek yogurt. I finished with roasted peanuts and coffee dragées with 70% cocoa chocolate.
