  • wheat flour3 cup
  • margarine2 tablespoon
  • warm milk1.1/2 cup
  • yeast1 tablespoon
  • granules1 cup
  • lemon zest0 to taste
  • Syrup: condensed milk1 can(s)
  • semisweet chocolate100 g
  1. Start by heating the oven to 180°
  2. Then grease a shape with margarine and wheat flour and set aside.
  3. In the mixer place the eggs, sugar and margarine beating well until it becomes a white cream.
  4. After low speed of the mixer and add the milk and wheat flour mixing well.
  5. Then turn off the mixer and put the yeast mixing with a wooden spoon, put the granules and the lemon zest
  6. Pour the dough into the baking dish and put it in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
  7. Syrup: In a pan, place the cream and chocolate over low heat and stir until a creamy broth forms, then place on the cake.
