- Soybean oil (half a can of corn1 can(s)
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Margarine (just to grease the mold)1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour (just to grease the pan)1 tablespoon
- Drain all the liquid from the can of corn and use it to measure the cake.
- Grease a round shape and reserve.
- In the blender place the corn (already drained), and the other ingredients just don't beat the baking powder together, it will be a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Add the baking powder and beat quickly twice. If you like, you can add grated coconut.
- Pour the dough in the greased shape and take it to the medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
- When ready, wait for it to cool and unmold it to serve.
