Baking powder | 1 tablespoon
Margarine (just to grease the mold) | 1 teaspoon
Wheat Flour (just to grease the pan) | 1 tablespoon
Recipe
Drain all the liquid from the can of corn and use it to measure the cake.
Grease a round shape and reserve.
In the blender place the corn (already drained), and the other ingredients just don't beat the baking powder together, it will be a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Add the baking powder and beat quickly twice. If you like, you can add grated coconut.
Pour the dough in the greased shape and take it to the medium oven for approximately 40 minutes.
When ready, wait for it to cool and unmold it to serve.
