- Cornmeal1/2 can(s)
- Whole milk1 can(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon1 tablespoon
- *Use the can of corn as a measure. Blend all ingredients in a blender until become homogeneous (except the yeast), put the yeast last and activate the blender in mode pulse or mix with a spoon.
- Unite the shape with margarine, sugar and cinnamon, this one detail of a special flavor in the cake.
- Bake at 180° for about 35 min. Ready! You can unmold and serve with that warm coffee.
