  • Oil1/2 can(s)
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Cornmeal1/2 can(s)
  • Whole milk1 can(s)
  • Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon1 tablespoon
  1. *Use the can of corn as a measure. Blend all ingredients in a blender until become homogeneous (except the yeast), put the yeast last and activate the blender in mode⁣ pulse or mix with a spoon.
  2. Unite the shape with margarine, sugar and cinnamon, this one detail of a special flavor in the cake.
  3. Bake at 180° for about 35 min. ⁣ Ready! You can unmold and serve with that warm coffee.
