  • Sugar1 cup
  • Water or orange juice1 l
  • Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
  1. This tea is wonderful! From this burning and tearing everything bad ahahaha
  2. Start by peeling and cutting the ginger into small cubes.
  3. Put the ginger and sugar in a pan. Stir until the sugar melts well.
  4. Once it is golden, add the water or juice and let it boil along with the cinnamon. If you don't have cinnamon sticks, no problem, you can put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  5. Once boiling, strain and serve. If there's any left over, don't worry, you can make another round with the ginger that was left in the sieve.
