- Water or orange juice1 l
- Cinnamon stick1 unit(s)
- This tea is wonderful! From this burning and tearing everything bad ahahaha
- Start by peeling and cutting the ginger into small cubes.
- Put the ginger and sugar in a pan. Stir until the sugar melts well.
- Once it is golden, add the water or juice and let it boil along with the cinnamon. If you don't have cinnamon sticks, no problem, you can put 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
- Once boiling, strain and serve. If there's any left over, don't worry, you can make another round with the ginger that was left in the sieve.
