In a high pan, melt the margarine and add the milk and broth from the cooking of the chicken and the potato, the broth and salt, when it starts to boil add the wheat flour and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed and release from the bottom of the pan. On a stone table spread a little margarine on the surface and pour the dough, knead well until it is very smooth.
