- tapioca dough5 tablespoon
- Mozzarella2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Fry the eggs and set aside.
- Place the tapioca dough in the skillet over medium heat and wait for consistency to turn in the pan.
- When you turn, add the two slices of mozzarella over the tapioca, sprinkle with oregano and place the fried egg
- Fold the tapioca in half and that's it!
