- Minas cheese (slices) | 3 unit(s)
- Place the tapioca in the preheated non-stick skillet
- Crack the egg on top of the tapioca and cover the skillet until the egg is cooked.
- Add the cheese and cover for another 3 minutes until the cheese melts, close the tapioca and you can serve.
